Silvestica has acquired the Lithuanian limited company UAB Ramelis from a Swedish investor. The company owns forest real estate in south eastern Lithuania. The pine-dominated forests are located in the same area as Silvestica’s other forest holdings in Lithuania, which now amount to approximately 1 500 hectares.
The forest holding is managed by a Lithuanian investment company Investiciju partnerai. The forests will be associated with the existing FSC-group certification umbrella organisation in Lithuania.
