Northern Finland is characterized by its vast, unexploited forest areas with excellent opportunities for continued development of tourism and outdoor life. Silvestica Green Forest has invested in forest and forest land which is now partly developed into plots for holiday homes.
The business is run under the brand Silvestica Estates, towards international and domestic target groups. The plots can be acquired in areas up to 15 000 m2, they’re approved by the municipal building plan and have been designed to integrate the surrounding nature. The entire area is planned to preserve the character of the unspoilt woods and most plots have lakeside views.
