Silvestica has acquired the Lithuanian limited companies UAB Aukstasile and Aukstagire from INVL Forest Fund.
The companies owns forest real estate all over Lithuania but with a concentration to the southern and eastern regions.
The forest holdings will be managed by a Lithuanian forest management companies Investiju Partnerai and Sustenera.
The forests will be associated with the existing FSC- and PEFC group certification umbrella organisation of Darnus Miskai in Lithuania.
