Silvestica has acquired the Latvian limited company SIA Bio Agro.
The company owns forest real estate all over Latvia but with a concentration to the central regions.
The forest holdings will be managed by a Swedish forest management company Skogsutveckling Syd AB, Latvijas Filiales.
The forests will be associated with the existing FSC- and PEFC group certification umbrella organisation of Skogsutveckling Syd Latvijas Filiales in Latvia.
