Silvestica has in February acquired packages of properties from Interskog and Timbex and from a Swedish investor the Lithuanian limited company UAB Lutina, alltogether 1200 hectares of forest land. The pine-dominated forests are located in the south and in the east of Lithuania. Silvesticas holdings now amount to approximately 2 700 hectares.
The forest holding is managed by a Lithuanian investment company Investiciju partnerai. The forests will be associated with the existing FSC-group certification umbrella organisation in Lithuania.
